Saving Moses is looking for team-oriented individuals who live near the Denver area to donate their time on either a weekly or monthly basis. Saving Moses (SM) is a nonprofit organization that is exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and comparable state laws. However, SM is subject to federal income tax on any unrelated business taxable income. In addition, SM is not classified as a private foundation within the meaning of Section 509(a) of the IRC. Contributions are SM’s primary source of support and revenue.
